Sineath Wins Top Honor as Builder of the Year at Homebuilders’ Gala

The local building community honored our co-founder and president, Brian Sineath, as Builder of the Year for 2020 at the annual awards gala celebrating the culmination of the Asheville Home Builders Association’s Parade of Homes.

“For us, this award reflects who we are as a company and the team of employees that make up Sineath Construction,” Brian said. “As a business owner, I make a commitment every day to our team, our clients, our vendors, subs and peers, that we bring our best to the jobsite and each other. I am so proud of our team and their hard work. They made this award possible.”

We are humbled by and grateful for this honor, and we deeply appreciate that our peers selected Brian as builder of the year. It’s a celebration of our growth in business and in skill, as well as the Sineath team we’ve intentionally put together.

It’s a “Heck Ya!” kind of moment, too.
