Employee Awards 2021
And the Winners are…
We held our first-ever awards ceremony to honor our employees and their hard work at last year’s Christmas party.
“It was truly our honor to honor the people who exemplify what we mean by craftsmanship, attention to detail, excellent communication, and a strong work ethic,” said Brian Sineath, president and co-owner of Sineath Construction. “These employees excel in these areas, and they expect their colleagues to do the same. All of our employees set a high bar, and we’re pleased to acknowledge these stand-outs this year.”
Our team grew in 2021. And we added employees that elevated our team and our commitment to our clients’ vision. The New Employee of the Year Award went to Noah Durham.
Attitude is everything. And when you come to work with a can-do attitude and worth ethic, it’s contagious. Best Attitude Awards went to Steven Honeycutt.
Everyone of us at Sineath Construction is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service. And there’s one employee who sets the gold standard for the rest of us. The Customer Service Award went to Monica Beebe.
Field managers are the backbone of our work. They are a vital part of ensuring the work meets or exceeds our high standards for craftsmanship. And, they are the direct link to all of our clients. We are so fortunate that our field managers are rock stars. Field Manager of the Year is Dylan Burford.
As you know, our work reflects the uniqueness of every project and our absolute commitment to quality construction and craftsmanship. Our carpentry team shows up every day dedicated to excellence in every detail of construction. It’s not easy work. The Golden Hammer Craftsmanship Award went to the one and only Glenn “Junior” Banks.
It was our true pleasure to name Joel Parsons as our 2021 Employee of the Year Award.
“Selecting the employee of the year was a difficult decision and involved many discussions with Allyson,” said Brian. “Joel’s work as a field manager sets a strong example for the rest of the team. He exemplifies setting expectations, following a timeline, adhering to a budget and proactive communication. From the beginning to the end of the project, Joel helps clients build trust and confidence in our process because they know he’s focused on their vision.”
Our team is important to us, and we work hard to create an environment where our team feels valued, has opportunities to grow, and enjoys coming to work.
