On the Cover: Stylish Living Indeed

Wow! We were blown away when Carolina Home + Garden asked us if they could feature a custom home we recently built in the winter edition of the magazine. And you can probably imagine how thrilled we were when the home’s amazing kitchen was chosen for the cover photo!

You may recognize this custom home, too. It was one of two of our custom-built homes that were included in the 2021 Parade of Home. The home reflects the popular mountain modern style of clean lines and banks of large windows that connect the indoors with the outdoors. As you’ll see in the magazine, the home’s design and craftsmanship, including the work of many local artisans, make this home truly special.

“It was on honor to shepherd the construction process to build the clients’ dream home. There are many anchoring spaces in the home that are in harmony with modern living,” said Brian Sineath, president and co-owner of Sineath Construction. “We are thrilled the magazine chose to feature this mountain modern beauty when they could have chosen a custom home from the many builders in the area.”
