Work life balance here at Sineath Construction it’s great. Brian and Allyson really emphasize good balance of work and our outside life and really emphasize us using our vacation days. They take pride in that. Yeah, I think they lead by example. They don’t ask us to do anything that they wouldn’t do themselves. They don’t want us to be here until 7 or 8 o’clock at night trying to get stuff done. They’re right beside us helping us. Qualifying for Construction Management Jobs in Asheville

• Can read blueprints, use appropriate communication, demonstrate solid leadership, has competent computer skills including Excel, email, and phone skills, keep subcontractors and vendors updated relating to scheduling and performance, and demonstrate good character and moral decision making.
• Understand verbal and written instructions. Can clearly explain steps, provide clear direction, and answer questions about construction processes to other employees and subcontractors.
• Are adept at establishing relationships with all parties involved in the construction process and facilitate harmonious working relationships during the project that permit prompt resolution of problems and conflicts as they occur.
