Meet Chad, the Newest Member of the Sineath Construction Team
Our New Estimating & Purchasing Manager
A driving goal for Sineath Construction has always been to provide a work environment that fosters growth and learning – a place where our team wants to work. And we are so proud of our growing team.
Speaking of growth, we recently added Chad Vanne to the Sineath family. Chad takes on a new role for us as the estimating and purchasing manager. While there’s a learning curve to any new job, Chad hit the ground running.
We thought you’d might like to meet him:
How long have you been in the construction industry?
I have been in the workforce for 25 years, with 18 of those years being in the construction industry. I started out as an apprentice carpenter and quickly worked my way up into construction management roles. For several years prior to the Great Recession, I owned my own construction company during which time I became a NAHB Certified Green Professional and an NCBI Certified Master Builder. I took a break to work in manufacturing management during the recession but went back to work in construction management as soon as a good opportunity presented itself.
How long have you been with Sineath Construction?
I started with Sineath Construction near the end of November 2020.
What’s your favorite aspect about your job/being a part of the Sineath Construction team?
I love working with the outstanding team at Sineath Construction to manipulate and apply complex material and human resources to deliver a superior construction experience to our customers.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
In December 2020, I graduated near the top of my class at NC A & T State University earning a second bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology. And, in my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife and two daughters. I also enjoy working on cars and participating in high performance driving events at road course racetracks in the southeastern US.
