Featured Project: Modern Mountain Air
It’s been a while since we’ve updated you on this gorgeous mountain modern home we’re building along the top of a ridge in Mountain Air. The last time we checked in on this custom home, it was in the framing stages.
Reflecting the Owner’s Vision
This four-bedroom + bunk room home is beginning to reflect the owner’s vision, with siding, stone, and interior walls. The kitchen is taking shape, and tile is in the works.
The stone fireplace in the great room is on its way to making a statement.
The exposed structural steel beams, which prevent the home from twisting with the wind shear, add a modern, clean line aesthetic to the main living, kitchen, and dining areas.
The kitchen is being prepared for a stunning backsplash, and the countertops will be installed soon. Once complete, this kitchen will be one of the stunning focal points of the home.
The stately grand entry is expertly clad in stone and was designed to protect visitors from the elements while reflecting the natural environment.
